SAPRA Chairman Edgars Zandmanis and Head of Communication Department Ani Andronikashvili participated in a Latvian innovation networking event in Brussels. The event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, the Latvian Association in Belgium, and #esiLV.
The gathering brought together representatives from the Latvian start-up and innovation ecosystem and featured presentations on funding opportunities provided by the European Innovation Council (EIC) and the EU Innovation Fund. Participants also received practical guidance on engaging with the EU Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS) under the European Defence Fund (EDF).
SAPRA’s leadership took part in strategic discussions on how the company’s technological solutions align with Europe’s evolving innovation and defence priorities. The informal format encouraged meaningful networking, knowledge exchange, and the development of future collaboration opportunities with key stakeholders across the European innovation landscape.
